Questions
What can I do before I pay?
Everything except go live. You can create your event, set the date and location, generate your QR code, scan it yourself, upload a test photo, approve it, and see it land in your gallery. The guided walkthrough runs you through that whole loop. You only pay when you want real guests to be able to upload.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once per event. There is no recurring charge, and no card is stored for a renewal you have to remember to cancel.
How do I know which tier I need?
We estimate about 5 uploads per guest, which is what the app uses to recommend a tier when you set your event up. If you are between two tiers, start lower. You can upgrade an event at any time and only pay the difference.
What happens if we hit the upload limit?
New uploads are turned away once the event reaches its limit, and everything already uploaded is untouched. You can upgrade the event from your dashboard to raise the limit and reopen uploads.
Do videos count differently?
Yes. Each tier has its own video allowance alongside the photo allowance, because video costs meaningfully more to store and serve. Videos count against the video limit, photos against the photo limit.
What if my event is bigger than Plus?
Custom self-serve starts at US$99 for 750 uploads and scales to 5,000. Past that, or if you need a video-heavy mix, get in touch and we will quote it.
