Questions
What does Free include?
Free is for new self-serve events. It includes 50 photo uploads, no videos, a private review queue, and the same QR guest flow. Set dates and explicitly publish the event when you are ready to collect.
How long does a Free gallery stay available?
For newly enrolled Free events, first publication fixes the expiry deadline at 30 days after the scheduled event end. We email the host 7 days and 1 day before expiry with an authenticated download link, and they can download media from the dashboard while it remains available. Paid event media stays until the host deletes it.
Is this a subscription?
No. Free costs nothing. Social and Plus are one-time payments per event, with no recurring charge. Venues are the one exception: venues run on a monthly subscription that takes every event they schedule live automatically.
How do I know which tier I need?
We estimate about 5 uploads per guest, which is what the app uses to recommend a tier when you set your event up. If you are between two tiers, start lower. You can upgrade an event at any time and only pay the difference.
What happens if we hit the upload limit?
Free galleries stop at 50 photo uploads and do not include videos. On paid events, temporary extra capacity keeps guest uploads moving during the live event window. You can upgrade from your dashboard to increase the event’s included photo and video limits and pay only the difference.
What counts toward my event capacity?
Each photo or video submission that is successfully stored uses the matching photo or video capacity. It still counts if you later reject, archive, or delete it, so moderation and deletion do not restore capacity.
Do videos count differently?
Yes. Each tier has its own video allowance alongside the photo allowance, because video costs meaningfully more to store and serve. Videos count against the video limit, photos against the photo limit.
What if my event is bigger than Plus?
Custom self-serve starts at US$99 for 750 photos and 225 videos, then scales to 5,000 photos. Past that, or if you need a video-heavy mix, get in touch and we will quote it.
