Do guests need an app or account?
No. Guests open your event QR code in their browser and add photos or videos without an app or account.
Can I test it before I pay?
Yes. Build your event, scan your own code, add and review a test photo, and see the album before choosing a plan.
Will guest uploads appear immediately?
No. Every upload waits in your private review queue. You choose what is added to the event album.
Is there a subscription?
No. Candid Cam is a one-time payment per event, due only when you are ready to invite guests.
Why not use a free shared album?
Shared albums publish uploads instantly and often require the right app or account. Candid Cam holds every upload in your private review queue, so nothing is shared until you approve it. One QR code works for every guest in the browser, with no app or account. Your album has no automatic expiry.
How do guests see the final album?
When you are ready, you share one album link with your guests. They open it in a browser with no app or account, then view and download the photos and videos you approved. You can protect that link with a password, give it an expiry, or revoke it later.
How long do photos stay?
Event media stays while the host keeps the event and account — there is no automatic deletion after a fixed period. You decide if and when it is deleted.
