Use current package prices and your expected client uptake. Social earns 40% and Plus earns 50% of eligible net revenue. Clients pay once per event.

Before tax, processing fees, partner discounts, refunds and other adjustments. Your final commission is based on eligible net revenue and may be lower.
Payouts are currently available in Australia only: 30-day hold, monthly runs and a A$50.00 AUD minimum. Local package prices are used for the illustration; actual commission is calculated from revenue settled in AUD. Payout setup must be complete. Refunds, disputes and adjustments can reduce earnings. A simple recommendation, with clear responsibilities.
Can I give clients a discount?
Yes. Choose 0%, 5%, 10% or 20% for your public code. A client discount comes from your commission, so a larger discount means you earn less. The sharing kit uses your saved offer.
Do I have to manage their photos?
No. A public referral lets the client set up and own their event and billing. Referring someone does not give you access to their photos. For hands-on work, you can separately create a managed client event.
What do my clients get?
A personalised recommendation page, a sample of the guest experience and a free digital QR sign maker. Once their event is published, they can add the guest upload link and their names to download an A4 sign. Printing is not included.
When can I receive commission?
Eligible commission has a 30-day hold. Payouts are currently available in Australia only, run monthly with a A$50.00 AUD minimum, and require completed payout setup. Contact hello@candidcam.app about other countries before referring clients. Taxes, processing fees, refunds, discounts and other adjustments affect the final amount. Free events do not earn commission.
